Weekend stay with two friends for a Razorback football game. House was ideal for us, good location to Dickson St. and football stadium (easy/inexpensive Uber ride).Would stay here again for sporting or campus event.
I had a great stay here. The house is super cute, beds very comfortable, and the location was convenient. I was in town visiting my son for mom‘s weekend with his fraternity, with some extended time to get out on all the great mountain bike trails. As an STR owner myself I can be picky, and I would definitely rent here again!
Very comfortable house in perfect location! Walk to downtown easily, pretty neighborhood to walk. Our family of 5 was very comfortable in the house, had everything we needed, thank you!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property for our Granddaughter’s college graduation. The location to campus and shops and restaurants was perfect!! We so appreciated the bottles of water and coffee on arrival!! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms small, but certainly adequate!! We would definitely stay again!!
Nice place near the town square, restaurants, shopping, music, parks and just about anything you would want, within walking distance. The cottage is spacious, well appointed, lovely front porch with furniture for morning coffee, comfortable beds and bedding, great kitchen with everything you need, including plenty of coffee. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It served us well as a place to gather for quiet family time. Great memories were made and we plan to make it our go-to accommodations for future visits.
Not only is the house absolutely perfect for our family, the host is very responsive and accommodating! We were in town for a busy family weekend at UArk, so we didn’t spend a ton of time in the house. But I hope to book here again for our next visit. Location is great, house has everything you need, and host is on top of everything!
We were in Fayetteville to take our son to college. This was a great location for us near campus. Very well equipped, comfortable beds, and good AC. A bunch of the smaller niceties were there too such as soft closing toilet seats. This owner clearly gets what people are looking for. We would definitely stay here again.
We stayed 3 nights at the beginning of our northwest Arkansas vacation. The house is conveniently located close to Dickson St. where there are lots of restaurants and shops. While we were not there for anything related to University of Arkansas, it is just on the edge of campus and should be a great location if you are there for game day, etc.
Beds were comfy and front porch was great for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Overall nice property that we would stay at again.
House and location was awesome!!
When we arrived we noticed that one of the beds had been stripped. There were some personal items left. I called the homeowner to let her know the cleaning crew had not been there. She was quick to either send them out the next day or refund the cleaning free and also gave us a free night stay. So sweet and apologetic. Understand these things can sometimes happen, and would definitely stay here again!
The cottage had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. While the location is close to campus it is near a motorcycle repair shop (noisy at times during the day) and on a very steep hill. The driveway can accommodate multiple cars in tandem but is narrow and a little challenging to turn into with a larger vehicle. The porch was great to enjoy the nice weather and the dishwasher was nearly silent when running. Home is nicely decorated and closets were spacious. We didn’t use the back porch or the back room with the extra bed. Loved all the Razorback touches.
