Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

It’s a great house in a good location. It would be a long walk to the game but doable, we just took an uber instead. Everything was comfortable and clean.
Quaint historic home near Dickson Street and the University of Arkansas. Perfect for a stay to visit your college student & take in all the sights of Fayetteville. We enjoyed the home and its amenities including the parking. Everything was top notch and we'd certainly stay there again.

We loved the house and the neighborhood! Craftsman style is one of our favorite kinds of architecture! And being able to walk to Dickson Street is wonderful. The house was very clean and the small details, like the towel swan on the bed, were very charming. The bottle of wine and snacks were also a very welcoming touch, and the screened in porch is so nice. We look forward to staying here again.
