We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect! One of our favorite features was having two master bedrooms with their own bathrooms — it was ideal for our group and added a lot of comfort and privacy. We would definitely stay here again!

Will Definitely Stay Again!

We enjoyed our 3-night stay while we were in town for a Hogs Volleyball tournament. The property was clean and provided us with the perfect space, with there being two master bedrooms. We had coffee each morning and were conveniently located to both UofA campus and I-49. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was perfect for a weekend trip with my college roommate. It was very clean and had plenty of space. It was easy to park. They keyless door entry was so convenient! The only thing that may not be for everyone is the steps getting to the property. We were fine but people with disabilities may find it challenging. We would definitely return!

Very Pleased

The apartment was immaculate! It smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. Bed and bath linens were high end luxury. We didn’t lack for anything from bath to kitchen. Entry and all appliances were user friendly. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt completely safe. The host, Gary, was so nice and we received all instructions in a friendly and timely manner. I left my favorite pillow, emailed Gary, and he answered immediately! He assured me he would put it aside and I was able to pick it up before we left town. I don’t hesitate to recommend this rental and will stay again when we are in Fayetteville! Thank you Gary Mary and Kenneth

This was my second time staying at this property. We love it. The 2 master set up makes it so nice. It is close to the school, close to town, in a quiet little neighborhood. I would highly recommend staying here.

Location was good for our purposes. There is some road noise, but not terrible. When we got back to the unit, my husband and son were standing outside while my husband smoked a cigarette prior to our going to bed. The resident downstairs came out and reprimanded them for being loud. They were just chatting at normal talking levels. I’m not sure what his issue was, but they were not loud. I was inside our unit and I couldn’t hear them. We recommend the property highly. It was clean and tidy.
