A buetiful house

It is a buetiful house to spend vacations with your family, I recomend it 100% it is located in a place very calming and in the center of every thing,we had great communication with the person of the house, its a buetiful place where the house i located at, it has everything a family needs for a nigh stay to spend with family, I give it a 5 star if there are more j would give it more, thank you so much for our stay

The house was fabulous. Our party of 8 had plenty of space. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood less than 15 minutes from the college campus. Our host was wonderful. Easy to communicate with. Our entire team was more than happy with this rental.

Christmas with Family

My extended family rented this property because it was just a few doors down from my sister-in-law. The location was perfect for us all to gather at either house for meals, games, and time together. The beds were comfy, and my family of 5 members was all well rested each night. Communication with the host was easy, and Nama was very responsive with any issues that came up! We’d rent again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Nama!

The property has good potential, but much attention to detail is currently needed. Communication was inadequate, although host was dealing with an important matter. Grass not cut, bushes not trimmed. Inadequate silverware or cups (we picked up items from DG). 2 knobs on gas stove broken. Air filter long overdue for change (I found a new one in closet and changed it). The setting of the home was pleasant. We adapted and made do with the shortcomings and had a pleasant stay overall.

Nice house away from it all

We enjoyed our stay here. We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UARK. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of room and sleeping accommodations. It was a little further from Fayetteville/campus than we had anticipated. It was nothing that prevented us from having a great weekend!

Best stay ever near the University of Arkansas

This house was neat and clean, it has everything that a family could imagine. It is close to the college close to grocery store and the property owners are amazing Mrs Nama and Mr Lionel were very accommodating. They made sure that we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Our children loved the house especially the backyard, there are rabbits that run around and play as well as cows that pass bye every evening to say hello. It's a magical place to stay while visiting the college or even just a mini vacation from the normal days of life. We will be staying here again especially that our daughter's college has all types of sporting events for us to attend.

This property is a little out of Fayetteville but still within 20 minutes of everything there. It’s a beautiful drive. Love the field and view behind the property. The house was nice sized and very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and helpful with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.
