IF these documents are not received within 48 hours, your booking will remain incomplete, and your selected dates will not be secured.

𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗦𝗘 𝗥𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗦:
➜ Please be mindful of a CITY REGULATION, which prohibits parking on the street directly in front of the house, where the mailbox is located. If reported, towing may occur at the owner's expense. Your cooperation in avoiding parking on those streets would be greatly appreciated.

➜ Maximum of 8 guest including children. This is an insurance and CITY REGULATION.

➜ Must be at least 25 years old to book

➜ Guest responsible for locking all windows and doors. Owner is not responsible for loss.

➜ No 3rd party bookings.

➜ Smoking is strictly prohibited. IF any indications of smoking are identified, we may use part or the entire credit hold for extra cleaning fees, and there could be possibility of additional charges.

➜ 1 dog allowed with fee of $150 with an additional pet agreement signed within 48 hours of booking. Additional cleaning fee will be charged if needed after the stay.

➜ Kindly refrain from hosting events, parties, or large gatherings during your stay. Both we and our neighbors value the tranquility of the area, so please avoid loud or disruptive noise.

𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧:
➜ A hold of $500 will be placed on your credit card from KBRB, LLC 2 days prior to arrival date, which is in lieu of a security deposit to cover damages or extra pet cleaning fees should they occur.

𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗦:
➜ In case of damages occurring during your stay, we may utilize part or all of the hold on your credit card to recoup any incurred cost of repairing damages. Guest is responsible for damages exceeding $500 hold. Charges may occur up to 30 days after departure.

➜ Cancellation policies may vary by listing service due to their fees, etc. Refund, if qualified, will be done via the original method where reservation was made.
➝ 100% refund if canceled 30 days or more before the Check-In Date
➝ 65% refund if canceled 14 - 29 days before the Check-In Date
➝ No refund for cancellations made 13 days or less before the Check-In Date
➜ We can not offer refunds for late check-ins, early departures, inoperable hot tub, electrical items, games, tv, internet, illness, man made or weather related disasters.
