Wonderful neat place , close to all that is happening . My wife and I were up for a couple of baseball games and this place was perfect. Extremely clean and well appointed for everything we needed. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend .

What a little gem on Dickson Street. The patio was wonderful! We stayed out there for hours. The property was clean and the location great! The only tip I would give is to add additional seating in the living area that is a more comfortable too. We would stay here again! It was the perfect spot for parents visiting their college student who lives on campus.
I was here for work, but I loved being able to work outside on the balcony and have the great views of Dickson. Great communication from the host -- very responsive! I will be back!
LOVED this condo! The decor ~ everything Razorbacks ~ was perfect for us, as we love our HOGS! Parked at the door ~ walked to everything on Dickson St. Enjoyed the peacefulness of the balcony that evening, listening to Piano Bar across the street ~ perfect distance/not loud at all. Wish we could have stayed longer - just a one night stop before business trip that weekend in Rogers. Will definitely stay again!
We’ve stayed at a different places while our daughter was in school. But this was the best one for size, decor & location!! We sat outside on the balcony & listened to music from The Piano Bar plus walked to many restaurants & shops. We’ll be back!!
This was exactly as described. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, campus and coffee shops. Walkable to everything if you’re visiting the university.

Had a wonderful stay here. Attentive host company, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Perfect for families, professionals, or party-goers visiting. I was here a week and had a marvelous time. The only thing to mention is that the place is next to some loud bars (including a piano bar), so if you’re a sensitive sleeper and go to bed before midnight, you may have a hard time.
This isn’t our first time to stay here and for sure will not be the last. We were in town for a wedding and within walking distance of all the festivities. The property manager was so attentive and asked if we ever needed anything. You won’t be disappointed….its the perfect location on Dickson street!
Came in for the Aransas/Georgia basketball game, not our first time staying here but always first choice if available. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Fayetteville and want easy access to the UA campus, Dickson Street, downtown Fayetteville and the green belt. But if you're a Hog fan, a must stay. Hog decor is awesome and proximity to basketball/football stadiums and surrounding amenities is perfect!
Nice place in a good location for walking to bars, restaurants and get a morning coffee. If you are sensitive to loud music maybe find a quieter place. I would return!
This is such a great location. It’s a lively area and this place is just cool. The decks are amazing, the furnishings are sharp, it’s dog friendly, and has an awesome UofA vibe. Management was helpful. The only thing I would change is they requested a form 3 hours before checkin to avoid cancellation. Wish that could’ve been taken care of days before instead of the day I’m trying to travel. No biggie at all, just a small detail I’d have rather dealt with earlier. Love this place and hope to stay again.
This is a great location and the property was in excellent shape for my purposes. I could easily walk my dogs around the block for potty breaks and there is lots of food and drink very close by. The check-in process got a little confusing but I was quickly able to get in touch to clear things up. My only negative was that the Piano Bar across the street stays open until 2AM every night except Sunday so Monday night karaoke was problematic when I wanted to go to sleep at midnight. I could hear the bass thumping very clearly even with all the doors closed. Other than that, the stay was absolutely perfect!
