The staff was wonderful and very friendly!! Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not what I expected. The entire hotel had a very strong cigarette smell, which was unpleasant, especially for someone who does not smoke. The room was also somewhat dirty and could have been cleaner. I stayed here primarily because it was convenient for getting on base much faster. However, next time, I would rather pay a little extra for a higher-end hotel or consider staying on base. The staff was definitely the highlight of my stay, but unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to non-smokers.

Stayed for 3 days . On the 2 night I notice blood stained comforter with mildew on several places. When we checked out I brought to a lovely lady attention . We went back to the room and she took pictures . I spoke with Kirstin at the front desk . I was very disappointed and upset that we slept in disgusting bedding . Those bedding should have been discarded and not rewashed and placed on guest bedding. I requested a phone call and FULL REFUND !!! As a former Choice hotel employees from the state of Virginia I will NEVER STAY AGAIN . I will not let his go !! I will making a complaint to corporate office .

It was clean, room was clean, very quiet and the best coffee is right across the street. Didn’t use the breakfast as I was visiting family and we went out for most of the day and had all meals out

The staff was incredibly helpful when we needed to change rooms. Our original room smelled like cigarette smoke, the bathroom and front door was chipping and hard to close, and there was a stain on the sheet. We got moved to a better room that was cleaner. Unfortunately, the vending machine for water was broken, the pool was shut down permanently, the hallway smelled funny, and our microwave was dirty, but the breakfast was alright and the staff even helped us sweep up broken glass in the parking lot when we broke something. Overall, the staff made the visit much better.

First I have to say, the front desk staff is great! All the staff we encountered were super friendly. The hotel itself could use some updating but I have no complaints. I’d stay here again.

The staff was amazing! The split hotel sucked going from one to the other and having to go outside in the blazing heat walking by the air conditioning units that were outputting heat was not fun! The pool was shut down and that is one reason we picked the hotel in the first place. The breakfast was good.

The reception staff was exceptional. The rest of the hotel was terrible. The room smelled liked curry, sheets were not clean, heater / ac unit was noisy. Door was loose and did not deadbolt. Happy to leave without something happening to my car. Someone told us they had a screw in their tire and a person said they had a tire repair shop close. It may have been accidental but too coincidental. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION! I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND! We only stayed one night.

Property poorly maintained looks old and dated elevator doors closed too quickly stayed for two days bed was not made after we went out for a period of time and came back. Best part of breakfast was cold cereal and self serve waffles. Windows in room were filthy. Bathtub was dirty ring around tub!
