An Inn of great renown!
hobbits of the FranklinVale and Hooverton Clans each came from their own far lands to convene their annual gathering, a solemn occasion of remembrance and fellowship. After enduring the trials of our journey, we were heartened to discover the innkeeper had laid out provisions to ease our hunger. How she managed to aquire Lembas bread of such quality we could not surmise. To preserve the enchantment of discovery for future wanderers, I shall refrain from an exhaustive description of the inn and its furnishings, save to mention the splendor of its adornments and the subtle elegance of its architecture. Considering the service provided, our Clan unanimously deemed the innkeeper's request for enumeration to be far too low considering the service provided, prompting us to offer an additional token of gratitude: a handful of unrefined Mithril placed discreetly by the speakeasy door. To any fellow travelers who chance upon this land, I recommend this inn, it is one of the finest we have encountered. Hidden from the beaten path, it offers refuge and respite for weary souls. May the readers of these words find safe passage on their own journeys, and blessings upon the innkeeper for the hospitality extended!

A little piece of the Shire
It would be very easy to go overboard with the LOTR and Hobbit references in a place like this. Instead Cheryl and Tom have blended a perfect balance of whimsy and cottage charm into this delightful home. Being able to be far enough from town to enjoy the sounds of nature, but also close enough to enjoy the many things the region offers, makes this a perfect place to land. Our hosts could not have been better and we look forward to finding our way here again in the future.

Hobbit House was a Magical Experience!!
Our group had an absolutely wonderful time at Cheryl and Tom’s Hobbit House! I can’t recommend them high enough with 5 stars, this was a 10 star experience! When we arrived, everything was perfect due to Cheryl’s superb communication skills. We breezed right in with no problem, and upon arrival the place took our breath away. Pictures can’t match the incredible view over the bluff, it was like a dream! The house itself is so comfortable. We had 9 in our group and it was absolutely perfect. From the comfortable beds, to the awesome fire pit and the convenient grill, Cheryl thought of everything to make our stay perfect. I loved that there were no requirements of starting dishes or laundry- Cheryl made everything effortless so we could focus on making memories with friends and family. I loved every minute of our time at the Hobbit House!

I don’t even know where to begin with this review. This place is sheer MAGIC. The pictures truly do this place no justice. I’d love to share every single detail but it’s truly something you have to experience for yourself(and I don’t wanna ruin some of these little details) It felt like a fairy tale, the view was absolutely incredible. I surprised my family with this vacation and they absolutely loved everything about it. I was by the fire pit basically the entire time I was there. It was private which is a HUGEEEE win for my family. It was quiet and peaceful. I really hope we can make it back here! The host was also fantastic, she was very easy to get ahold of and even sent us places to visit in the area! And that master bed is insanely comfortable! We went to eureka springs for our activities, we went to the keels creek trail rides and the onyx cave, both worth checking out! If I could give this review 10 stars I totally would. 💜💜💜💜💜

Hobbit hideaway
We loved everything about the Hobbit house. It is a very special house and I would highly recommend. It is close town but you feel worlds away with all the whimsical touches the owner has placed with love. The location was perfect for War Eagle fair and we hope to be back soon.

Magical Experience
Our family loved staying at the Hobbit House! The house was amazing, and spacious. The decorations really made you feel like you were in middle earth. There were activities and games for the children and family, the accommodations were extremely comfortable, and it had all the amenities you could need. If your looking for a unique place to stay while in NW Arkansas, then this is the place.

"All We Have to Decide Is What to Do with the Time That Is Given to Us."
… and I would highly recommend that you use a bit of that time you’ve been given to stay at this amazing Hobbit House. Our family was in awe the entire time we stayed. Every detail of the house was on point. The surrounding beauty of the area made you feel like you were right in the Shire. And Cheryl, the host, was so kind and gave us some great recommendations for the area (check out the waterfall/swimming hole at Kings River Falls— it’s worth it!). It was hard to leave this house. We all wanted to stay longer. Hopefully we can return again soon! “In a hole in the ground there lived a Hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell. Nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole, with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat. It was a Hobbit hole, and that means comfort.” ❤️
