"Bathroom was not clean. Light in the bathroom didn't work. And there was a funky smell in the room. Ok to look past if you only need a place to put your head down for a few hours but not recommending to anyone"
"This hotel experience is kind of unique. The room itself was very clean, and even though the bed had a discerning popping noise it was quite comfortable. The office chair inside the room was broken and could not be raised or lowered. When I turned it upside down to see if I could fix it, the bottom half fell out. The refrigerator was not lighted. So if you were trying to get a drink you had to feel your way around. The shower was nice enough but not handicapped friendly. I was able to get my shower chair inside the stall and close the door, but I had to sit sideways. The couch was too low to the ground and I did not sit in it for fear of not being able to get back up. The property itself was surrounded by homeless people, so in my wife’s case, taking a walk was precarious. Breakfast was really good. The staff however, seemed to be non-existent. I don’t know what happened to the TV remote but it was Jerry-rigged something fierce. Probably won’t stop here again."
"We stayed 5 nights. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels were nice and were replaced everyday which we appreciated as we had a 94 year old with us to assist. We did appreciate the gym facilities.
The staff did not hardly speak any English and were unavailable for many people who were attempting to ask questions and check out. The pool was absolutely filthy, used towels everywhere and turning green. The pool deck was slimy. The public bathrooms by the pool (both)had run out of paper towels and toilet paper midweek.Breakfast was barely adequate, most frustrating that they closed at 9 AM even on a Friday. We were unhappy that there were no coffee cup lids at all, ever.
Now to the extremely important problems. We booked an ADA handicap 2 queen bed room. The beds were 3 feet high ,We had to go out and purchase a step to get her in bed at all! What were the designers thinking??!! There wasn’t 4 inches between the air conditioner and the bed. In the middle space you could not even get a walker through, much less a wheelchair. The bathroom was NOT ADA accessible in any way shape or form . A wheelchair would not fit in the door to the restroom at all! There wasn’t a shower, only a tub with a nod to disability with a small poorly bar. The whole room was VERY difficult for a mobility impaired senior. We were quite disappointed ourselves, and there was much dissatisfaction as well from the guests in the lobby and breakfast area. You need to monitor this hotel."
"Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. There were towels everywhere on the floor and there was a heavy thick white foam in the hot tub. Other than that the rooms are ok, bathrooms a little small but it's ok. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good."
"I checked into the room at 6pm and immediately noticed several large termites dead in the bathtub and a couple around the toilet, I turned on the water and washed them down. A couple hours later upon entering the bathroom there were several more of them in the tub yet again. I proceeded to order pizza and watch a movie. While sitting on the bed I noticed a small brown bug approximately the size of a pencil eraser crawling on top of the comforter and attempted to grab it but it dropped to the floor and blended into the wood coloring of the floor. Several minutes later a small insect was crawling on my arm and I grabbed it and it smeared between my fingers leaving a blood streak on my index finger. I then started pulling back covers and noted there to be definite signs of bed bugs within the covering and found another pencil sized bug actively crawling yet again across the top bedspread. I immediately packed my bags and headed down to the front desk. I allowed the office personnel to escort me back to the room to show him. Upon my exiting the hotel there were approx 12 other guests leaving at the same time due to the same issues. I was assured a refund from my visit on May 28th and have yet to see it. Hotels.com has reached out the property 3 times now without success of a return phone call or email is what I'm being told by Hotels.com."
"Our stay was even better than expected. Clean rooms and property, free water bottles available in the lobby. We had our dog and there was plenty of grassy area to walk them. Restaurant onsite."
