"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

"In the middle of the night, my son woke me up and on his beds I saw hundreds of bed bugs and blood stains on his sheet. It was disgusting sight. I then ran to my bed and I also encountered many on my sheets and in wall etc. I put many garments in the microwave but unfortunately burned many ... I packed all and I rushed every one to leave after getting a short shower. That was at 4am and we were very tired. We drove to a laundromat but it was closed. "Our family had a wonderful week-long stay at Villa Mas des Oliviers. All of the outdoor space was incredible -- two places to cook and eat al fresco, beautiful pool, brand new hammam/sauna. My kids (ages 6 and 10) had plenty to do with the trampoline, soccer, and archery, and the adults enjoyed the spa and pool. The location is very central to many beautiful spots including Gordon and Valbonne. We hope to be back!"

"Really loved the hotel and the staff is amazing! The place is in a great location near everything, the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. The views from the roof top are amazing. The breakfast is good but the staff working it are fantastic. One woman in particular was great, she took care of all my needs and guided me with great selections. I wish I would have written down her name for the correct spelling. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works great. I would highly recommend staying here. I know my wife and I will be back. By the way the views are spectacular in the morning."

"Perfect location and still very quiet. You can walk everywhere but it’s just a quick 8 min straight shot walk from the train station into Cannes. The staff was very helpful and the bed made it hard to get up in the morning with how confortable it was. The coffee machin in the room was state of the art and the mini bar was full of every luxury (although there was no room to store personal items in the fridge). The balcony was spacious and the bathroom was 10/10. Plenty of storage space within the room and the tv allows for casting. However, my favorite thing about the property was the location and how quiet it as at night. "

"We had an unforgettable experience at Hotel Belle Plage in Cannes. After having a very bad experience at another hotel, we decided to leave and luckily found this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the team treated us with so much kindness, especially once they learned about our previous situation. It was also our first wedding anniversary, and Charlene and Valentin at reception went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. To our surprise, they even prepared a delicious cake and champagne in our room and gifted us a spa voucher which we used and absolutely loved. The hotel itself is stunning, clean, modern, chic, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant. Every staff member we encountered was amazing, but Charlene and Valentin truly made our stay unforgettable. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel special, comfortable, and so well taken care of. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our anniversary so memorable we can’t wait to return!"
