"Conveniently located, clean and comfortable "

"The first room had a sewage smell and maintenance came in and sprayed. The smell was back the next morning so we were moved across the hall. The refrigerator did not work for 2 days. On the third day the maintenance man came back from his weekend and was very professional and personable. We are very grateful for him. Clementine, who worked housekeeping on the second floor, was always cheerful and sweet who smiled at guests and greeted us with a friendly good morning. Our overall favorite is Alisia! She was always cleaning and very gracious to the guests. We always were welcomed by her and she gave me a big hug! While the entire staff was great, Alisia stands out as most excellent and made us look forward to returning in spite of the couple of incidences mentioned above."

"The stay was horrible. I found roaches on the sink and in the restroom. I notified the desk and they said all rooms had been booked and there was nothing they could do. Unfortunately do to a festival in the area no other hotel was available, so I had to keep all my belongings tightly closed and was very disgusted, nervous ,and uncomfortable while trying to stay. Will Never Go Back. "

"Very large room. Happy there was a small dining table and leather loveseat. The fireplace was nice. Would definitely stay again. "

"The staff is outstanding and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay. I would have rated it excellent if there was access to the lake and a tad less noisy. It was off season so I couldn’t get on the water via the hotel as it’s a private lake - who knew that was a thing?! Also, the walls are paper thin and I had noisy neighbors. I could hear every detail of the conversation in their room. I also never received the promised email receipt upon check out. "
