Very comfortable spot! Seamless check in via messenger system with great communication from Joe leading up to and at the end of our stay. Privacy was great as mentioned in other reviews and the room was stocked with all essentials we could have needed. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! A little cozy studio. Comfortable bed and chair. Large TV. Best part was the hot tub though! It was very clean and very hot. And super private! We really enjoyed the privacy and quiet! We will definitely stay again next time we visit the area!

A perfect location nestled in the hills off the main road in Rimforest, CA.

This place was absolutely perfect for what I was looking for!A romantic getaway for my partner and I, conveniently located in between Gregory and Arrowhead lake with plenty of restaurant options. We went on a snowy weekend, and were greeted each morning with a soft blanket of snow that really highlighted the crisp fresh air and quiet serenity of the neighborhood.The hot tub is well lit and located right outside the unit, so getting in and out at night to watch the stars was easy.I am already looking forward to my next visit here and would 100% rent this unit again. Easy choice!

Enjoyed our stay, got to explore Lake Arrowhead, check in was easy, love that we had a parking space, Jacuzzi was clean and was on when we got there, Love the privacy and that they had towels for us. GPS will say that you are there but will have to move forward a little bit to find the place. It was quiet and relaxing, definitely coming back.

Nice place, nice host

Joe was very accommodating. I asked if there was an air mattress, we arrived there and there was one already setup for us. The place is good, getting there was easy, there's a nice outside area with a Jacuzzi, a swing, and a BBQ, but we didn't get to use it. It's perfect if you want a place to spend the night and explore lake Arrowhead and Big Bear and all the other attractions in this beautiful mountain area.

Cozy Getaway Spot

Spent a very pleasant Saturday in this nice little getaway recently. Due to it being on a lower level than the main house, there is a nice level of. privacy. A very nice four-person jacuzzi and a comfortable studio apartment-like space were the highlights; the only drawbacks were a tiny bathroom (for two people) and the backyard could have been cleaned of fallen foliage (which, due to the location, must be a chore). Overall, a 4.5 star stay in the mountains.

Better than luxury hotel

Was the best place I've stayed at compared to hotels and other spaces. Booked it originally because the price and location were nice and we liked that it had a mini fridge. Turns out, the space also has so much to offer; private jacuzzi, home gym, sauna, microwave and the others listed that we didn't get to try. You have the entire bottom floor for yourself and can definitely take advantage of the amenities. Definitely recommend this place it's equivalent to a luxury hotel but private if your staying in the area definitely worth it. Would book again

Room was clean and not cluttered.The private hot tub was so soothing in the night weather. We enjoyed firing up the bbq for a quick bite. It is only a few minutes away from restaurants and markets so we felt it was a perfect balance between a forest stay and our desire to eat out and visit shops. Compact but not claustraphobic, which is important to me.
