  • Come and discover this brand new villa located on the heights of Faucon with its breathtaking view of the village. In a wooded environment, this house offers a very nice living room. Built with quality materials.
    The house has 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a separate toilet.
    You will have at your disposal a laundry room, a cellar and a garage.
    You will have access to the whole floor of the house as well as to the garage which can accommodate up to three cars.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine à Faucon. Nos enfants étaient absolument ravis de la salle de jeux au sous sol ainsi que de la piscine et du spa.Nous recommandons aux voyageurs ne prevoir des produits antimoustiques car nous avons été dévoré le temps de s'équiper. La communication avec Pauline était parfaite tant pour notre arrivée et notre départ, que lors du séjour.

Een mooi ruim huis

Alles was voldoende aanwezig, echter chaotisch en heel verschillend servies en glazen, o.a. geen deftige wijnglazen.Wij vonden het wel een probleem dat we maar 1 afstandsbediening van de poort en 1 sleutel van de deur hadden en dat het slot van het zijpoortje stuk was. Er was ook een douche met een kapotte douchekophouder wat moeilijk te gebruiken was. We vonden het een fantastisch zwembad echterspijtig dat het ‘s avonds niet kon verlicht worden al was de verlichting aanwezig.

Maison grande, lumineuse, agréable à vivre, beaucoup d'équipements,propre, bien située,et hôtesse répond rapidement.Le seul bémol c'est que nous ne sommes pas restés assez longtemps donc nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir et à l'unanimité.

La maison est très belle, bien équipée, pensée pour les familles et les groupes mais manque d'entretien. La terrasse est sale, toiles d'araignée partout, vaisselle dépareillée.... Quartier résidentiel mais les voisins ne sont pas heureux de la présence de touristes

Kleine Franse dorpjes, zeer authentiek.

Verblijf was heel warm en super leuk. Rustig vertoeven tussen de kleine Franse dorpjes. Ons huis goed gelegen, te voet naar het dorp, verfrissend groot zwembad en jacuzzi om ‘s avonds lekker te genieten. Er wordt wel enorm veel verbouwd en gebouwd, beetje spijtig. Het uitzicht van onze woning was top. Zit langs 1 kant van de tuin zo hoog dat je nooit het zicht op de bergen zal verliezen. Huis is koel te houden, enkel ‘‘s avonds alles open zetten, maar dan heb je wel groot bezoek van de muggen. Kleine Tip voor de eigenaar is airco in de slaapkamers of horren voorzien. Wij hebben een super vakantie gehad!

Nous étions 4 couples à passer de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison. Les propriétaires de la maison ont fait preuve de beaucoup de style et de goût, tant dans la construction que dans l'aménagement. Nous avons déjà loué de nombreuses maisons, pour la plupart bonnes, voire très bonnes, mais cette maison de vacances est vraiment exceptionnelle ! Les chambres et les lits, l'équipement de la cuisine, jusqu'à la très bonne télévision, tout est de grande qualité et fait vraiment plaisir. La cuisine d'été est également au top. La situation de la maison et la vue sur le paysage sont excellentes. Merci et félicitations aux propriétaires. La seule chose qui nous a énervés, c'est que le jacuzzi devait coûter 300 EUR de plus, ce qui n'était pas mentionné dans l'offre. Mais la maison est tellement exceptionnelle que nous lui donnons quand même la meilleure note.

Super séjour

La maison est idéale pour passer de très bon moment en famille ou entre amis. Spacieuse, bien équipée, vue magnifique sur le village (une impression de carte postale). Nous y avons séjourné en hiver mais les équipements nous donnent envie d'y revenir en été pour pouvoir profiter plus des équipements extérieurs. En ce qui concerne les équipements intérieurs, il y a un choix incroyable de jeux de société, de DVD. Le billard, le babyfoot, le ping pong ont été très apprécié des hommes de la famille. Et pour l équipement en cuisine il n' y a rien a dire, c'est complet ! (Raclette, pierrade, mixer etc). Les volumes de la maison sont très grands ce qui permet de prendre son aise facilement (nous étions 7 pers). Je vous recommande vivement cette location.

Faucon belle mzison

Très belle maison moderne, mais difficile d accès. Des constructions proches, le chemin terreux et étroit est difficilement praticable surtout les jours de pluie. Sinon manque peut être un peu de communication avec l agence. Un livre sur toutes les instructions de mise en route des appareils que nous avons découvert le dernier jour. Sinon très très bien, vue imprenable, à renouveler.

Très belle maison, belle vue sur le village de Faucon

Tout est réuni dans cette charmante demeure pour passer du bon temps. Pauline est présente si besoin, à notre écoute et surtout réactive. Juste un bémol, comme le signale le descriptif de l'annonce, limitrophe à la maison se construit des habitations, les ouvriers travaillent y compris le week-end (samedi & dimanche), les extérieurs de ce fait sont "baignés" dans le bruit des travaux, nous avons je crois, été les premiers à subir cette indélicatesse mais fort heureusement l'intérieur est bien isolé et nous étions le reste de la journée en balade. Sans ce souci, la maison est véritablement parfaite sur des finitions "premium", de qualité, tout est en très bon état.

Très agréable

La maison est très grande, bien équipée, très propre. Idéale pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Nous n’avons pas profité des prestations extérieures, vu que nous y étions en décembre, mais le billard, le baby foot et les autres activités mises à disposition ont contenté tout le monde. La vue est magnifique .. Et cette maison est idéalement située pour visiter la région tout en étant au calme. Je recommande vivement.

Ausstattung des Objektes, sehr gut und umfassend

Leider war niemand vor Ort um das Haus zu übergeben. Bei Abgabe des Hauses das selbe Problem. Wir waren völlig aus uns alleine gestellt, schade. Eine eventuelle nachträgliche Beanstadung oder Forderung seitens der Verwaltung würden wir strikt ablehnen.
