"This has to be one of the worst days I've ever had. I arrived. I was given the wrong room number. I played with some guy's door who eventually came out and asked me to leave. They then gave me the correct number that go up to the room and there had been a flood in the building and there were industrial grade blowers all over terrible noise. A terrible smell and the carpets were everywhere they had come off the wall. I called them up, asked them to assist me and they offered me a $50 credit. I immediately moved out and went next door where I had a great stay! Do not stay at this place under any circumstances."

"The room was dingy and kinda in a basement, difficult for my sister to get to because there were no elevators. Also theTV wasn’t connected. We didn’t have time to have someone come to fix it but I feel like that should be part of the room check. "

However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."
