Estadia barata que não vale o custo x benefício

Estávamos em duas pessoas em viagem a trabalho. Peguei um quarto triplo, sendo uma cama de casal e uma beliche. Subir na beliche é algo quase torturante: a escada machuca os pés, parece que estou pisando em um lego. No quarto havia toalhas para apenas 01 pessoa, embora a reserva fosse para duas (eles que erram e eu que ainda tive que descer para buscar). Na parte de conveniência, saibam que é absurdamente caro (comprei 02 cupnoodles, uma lata de refrigerante e uma longneck, dando o total de R$56,00 reais). Paguei pelo café da manhã: ATENÇÃO, não vale a pena! Uma padaria qualquer entregaria mais qualidade. O suco de uva parecia ser de pacotinho (oi? Na serra gaúcha essa vergonha?), pouca variedade, pães velhos, não tinha prato disponível, a geléia de morango não tinha gosto nem cheiro nem cara de algum teve algum morango ali, croissant horrível.

Cuidar horario cafe da manha

Custo beneficio otimo, porem paguei cafe da manha e ligyei duas vezes para a recepvao por telefone celikar (nao tem relefone nos quartos) para perguntar hirario do cafe da manha. Dai procurei bo google, o de a informacao que domingo é ate as 11 horas. Na verdade no google apontava errada abi formacao porqye era ate as 10:30 (nao consegui saber certinho porqye nao atenderam o telefone vono mostrei na recepvao o horario das duas ligacoes) cheguei no café as 10:25 e nao tunha quase nada. Pergu tei se podiam fazer um ovo e se podiam ver um bolo para a minha neta. Triuzeram um ovo mexido reclamando, um bolo qhe nao estava apetitoso. Falei para a recepcionista que era 10:29 e elas recolheram tudo e que nos outros hiteis,mpse o cafe é ate as 10h, as pessoas chegam ate as 10 e se servem normalmente. A cozinheira foi mal educada e quando eu falei que entao me devolvessem.o dinheiro do cafe que eu to.ava fora, a recepcionista me galou que nao podia por que fiz pela hoteis.com. bem, sou cliente ha muito tempo e é a prineira vez que faço uma reclamação. Solicito o reembolso desse café pafa a hiteis, ja qye eles nao podiam me devolver

Sei que o Ibis Budget é um hotel de baixo custo e está tudo ok, sabendo disso não dá pra exigir o melhor chuveiro, um isolamento acústico ideal, etc. Mas, a falta de agilidade e grosseria das atendentes é algo que chama muita a atenção. O viajante chega cansado e é recebido por atendentes tão ágeis quanto tartarugas. Ponto muito negativo. O resto já é esperado e aceitável.

Tinha um bebe chorando ao quarto ao lado por 1 hora ineterrupta, ao solicitar trocar de quarto, a gerente informou que nao seria possivel: que nao é responsabilidade do hotel. Que deveriamos ser tolerantes a uma criança. Fomos la para descansar e dormir e nao ser tolerantes. A gerente é uma mal educada arrogante, disse que se nao estivesse bom para procurar outro hotel. Foi oq fizemos.
