"We didn't stay at this hotel. Due to a family death we couldn't travel but hotel refused to refund the tickets. The hotel has a perfect right to do so but we expected a better response under the circumstances. Will definitely not visit again. Bad PR"

"Un hotel de montsagne qui se rapproche des services d'un refuge. Chambre simple, toilettes collectives. Possibilite de diner a 15 Euros par personne et excellent petit dejeuner. En revanche, qualité du sommeil très faible en raison de trop nombreux bruits: hôtes qui déambulent dans le long couloir, aboiement de chien, voisin qui fait grincer son lit. Le prix de plus de 100 euros pour une nuitée ainsi rest pour moi largement exagéré. Ceci dit, personnel très sympathique "

"Nous avons pris une option demi-pension incluant boisson et spa, c'était TOP . La chambre était propre , de petite taille mais suffisante pour deux nuits, avec une belle salle de bain, un repas buffet varié et bon, pareil pour le petit déjeuner. L'heure de spa est très agréable après une journée de marche, et les boissons inclues dans le forfait sont un plus. Le personnel est très souriant et de bon conseil et en plus tout le monde parle français."

En Hotels.com pone que tiene 3 estrellas, pero Reservamos una habitación Confort (Premium según nos dijeron en la recepción) basándonos en las fotografías que aparecen en Hotels.com. Nos asignaron la habitación 205 que no tenía nada que ver con lo anunciado. En la web, la habitación se ve agradable, bien decorada, y nos dieron una habitación con 2 camas individuales que habían juntado, pero los cabezales estaban fijados a la pared, por lo que quedaban descuadrados y se...

"Superb hotel, staff and cleanliness! Rooms great with a magnificent view. Plenty of food places with early morning coffee bar opposite. One of the best hotels I have stayed at."
