"Beautiful apartment and friendly staff. Problem with TV and it was sorted out quickly. While the address was given, there was a small problem in finding the flat (two building entrances and the apartment number was not listed on the email) and in reaching anyone as it was a Sunday. (We extended a day and were locked out, again had trouble reaching staff, who are were very nice when we took the time to visit the office, but we rated Service as average as it seemed more training might have...
