"I would recommend the castle hotel to everyone. Lovely hotel, great location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. On arrival to the hotel, I went to check in, and found I’d booked the wrong date, I was a week early. Expedia did nothing whatsoever to help me, apart from try to charge me the same price of the room again, to change my booking, even though I spend £1000s through them every year. It was my mistake, but I found Expedias response to the situation very disappointing. However, the lady on reception and someone from the reservations team…. I can’t remember either of their names, did everything they could to help and even got me a refund on the room that I incorrectly booked and I can’t thank them enough. If you ever stay in Windsor, then make sure you stay here "

"Wonderful hotel! The Staff is very friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home and very Welcome. The lobby and lounge areas are super well design and the Gym is wonderful all good quality equipment! Internet works good as a digital nomad. Rooms are very spacious and bed is nice and big. And Super Important they are Pet friendly!! So I can stay with my little one no prob, they even give her treats and toys! Thanks for caring! My Top choice when Im in reading! "The breakfast menu was full of choice. The cooked breakfast was nicely cooked. However the tea and coffee was from a machine and the water was not hot enough. The waitress , however boiled a kettle and made a lovely fresh one."

"I stayed at this hotel because I got bumped from my flight out of Heathrow and had to stay at two additional days. The location was perfect along the Thames River there are many walking options right next to the hotel. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had while in Europe."
