"This was our second stay at the Radisson RED Heathrow before/after a flight, and once again it did not disappoint.
We checked in at around 1:30am on Monday 15 June after a long day of travelling with a sleeping infant, multiple suitcases and the usual airport stress. Abdullah at reception was absolutely outstanding. When I explained that we couldn’t find an available parking space, he immediately stepped in to help. Not only did he assist us with the check-in process, but he also helped with our luggage and personally showed my husband where he could park.
I’d also like to thank Abdullah’s colleague, a gentleman with glasses, who was equally friendly and helpful throughout our arrival.
What impressed us most was Abdullah’s willingness to go above and beyond despite what was clearly a very busy night. We even witnessed him dealing calmly and professionally with a situation involving an individual attempting to gain access to a guest’s vehicle. He handled it with professionalism and ensured the safety and security of guests.
Travelling with a baby can be challenging, and small acts of kindness make a huge difference. Abdullah’s exceptional customer service turned what could have been a stressful arrival into a smooth and reassuring experience.
