Traumhafte, ruhige Lage

Ideal für 2 Paare, da zwei gleich große Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Wunderbarer Blick von der Terrasse. Netter Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe mit den Auto zu erreichen. Pool ist zum Erfrischen da, nicht zum Schwimmen . Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen . Sehr sauber. Geschirr könnte etwas mehr vorhanden sein. Aber grundsätzlich alles da, was man braucht.

Sehr schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir kamen in ein Ferienhaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Der Blick von der Terrasse mit Pool hinunter zum Meer ist ein Traum. Das Haus und die Küche ist voll eingerichtet und lässt nichts vermissen, sogar eine Kühltasche für Ausflüge und Liegetücher für den Pool sind vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und kommen gerne wieder.

Maison très agréable

Le cadre et la vue sont magnifiques. La maison est très propre, très bien équipée et très confortable. La piscine est un peu petite. Entre les plages, Saint Florent et le Cap Corse, très bien située. Nous avons passée une très agréable semaine.

Super séjour!!!

Accueil très sympatique par des propriétaires toujours aux petits soins. Belle location au calme entre la plage et le village de Farinole. Plage à pied, agréable et tranquille. Situation idéale pour visiter le cap corse bien sur, à quelques kilomètres de St Florent et de Patrimonio, mais aussi la balagne. Tout pour passer de belles vacances.

Excellent séjour

La villa est conforme aux photos. Le cadre est magnifique, la villa est calme et reposante et surtout la vue est superbe. Un cadre idéal pour se détendre et admirer les jolis couchés de soleil. De plus, vous serez très bien accueilli par les propriétaires de la villa qui sont très gentils et s'assurent que vous passiez un agréable séjour.

Super emplacement !!

Loc tres sympa dans la petite ville de Farinole, tout proche d une jolie plage jamais bondée !! La maison est bien pensée, propre et bénéficie d une jolie vue sur la mer (et même la plage). Bonus non négligeable, le coucher de soleil est compris dans le tarif 😉 La piscine est petite mais elle permet de se rafraîchir. Non loin de Saint Florent et de la superbe Nonza, la maison est très bien placee. Il n y a plus qu à y aller !!

Vacances très zen face à la mer

Séjour très agréable et reposant dans cet environnement hyper préservé, cette villa confortable, la superbe terrasse avec piscine et vue sur la mer avec coucher de soleil somptueux. L'accueil chaleureux et professionnel des Fratacci à aussi beaucoup compté.

Beautiful modern two bedroom villa with heated private pool and sea views

The owner was very friendly and welcoming on arrival and departure, and it was a pleasure speaking to him in French and English. The villa was perfect for our stay as it was more spacious than the photos suggested and it was very clean and tidy with all mod cons, including air conditioning. The private heated pool was fantastic as it overlooked the sea. Good location for the beach which was only a 10 minute walk / 5 minute drive away and the beach restaurant did excellent food. The nearest village of St Florent was about a 10 minute drive away and had a good supermarket, handy for self catering villas, and lots of lovely harbour facing restaurants and cafes. The villa also has lots of small vineyards in the vicinity should you wish to visit these. Perfect villa all round for a relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend to other holiday makers and we hope to visit again soon.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour une villa sans fausse note. Conforme aux descriptions, la disponibilité, la sympathie et l'accueil des propriétaires en prime. Pour qui aime calme et confort tout en étant à proximité des centres d'activité, le lieu est idéal. Depuis 8 ans, nous avons fait le tour de l'île mais sommes régulièrement attirés comme un aimant par Farinole. Nous espérons y revenir en 2016. Le Cap c'est "l'autre Corse", celle qui rend ses trésors naturels accessibles à qui sait ouvrir les yeux, celle qui ouvre la porte de sa maison à qui est assez respectueux des traditions pour en mériter l'entrée. Vivement l'été prochain ::)

Magnifique Vacances!

Une très belle maison, très bien équipée (piscine, air conditionné, WIFI), propre et très bien entretenue. Tout marche bien. Situation fantastique: calme et vue sur la mer et la montagne. Propriétaire sympathique et accueillant qui nous a promené en bateau dans le désert des Agriates. Une porte qui sépare la chambre et la salle de bains serait la bienvenue. La piscine ne permet pas de nager, mais est très agréable pour se rafraichir. Un seul bémol, quelques travaux de rénovation dans le quartier ont un peu perturbé la tranquillité du lieu. Un très beau séjour et encore merci!

Un excellent séjour à Farinole

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Ciutta di Sole qui porte parfaitement son nom puisque nous avons pu profiter d'un magnifique coucher de soleil sur la mer chaque jour. La maison est parfaitement entretenue et fonctionnelle, la cuisine bien équipée pour qui veut cuisiner, la vue sur le jardin et sa petite oliveraie est apaisante, la piscine une bénédiction par forte chaleur. Enfin, ce qui a vraiment fait de notre séjour un excellent séjour, c'est sans conteste le sens de l'hospitalité de nos hôtes: Dominique et son épouse ont tout fait pour que nos vacances se passent au mieux (ils ont par exemple trouvé un transat pour notre bébé de 3 mois et nous éviter ainsi de transporter le nôtre depuis Paris). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à la Cuitta di Sole.

Des vacances de rêve!!

Entspricht genau der Besc...

Entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Perfekt eingerichtetes Haus, wunderschöne Terrasse mit kleinem sympathischen Pool. Sehr angenehme und kompetente Betreuung (englisch sprechend). Das Haus liegt eher abgelegen, sehr ruhig, ideal für Erholung. Bei Ausflügen in die Umgebung (Cap Corse, Ile Rousse, Calvi, Bastia) sind sehr kurvige und hügelige Strassen zu bewältigen. Einzig Patrimonio (mit seinen Weingütern) und das hübsche Hafenstädtchen Saint Florent ist angenehm zu erreichen.

Tout était très bien,... ...

Tout était très bien,... Le jardin, la piscine, la maison, les propriétaires (toujours aux petits soins), la vue (coucher de soleil tous les soirs)... Rien à redire. Peut aussi être intéressant pour partir à 2 familles (car 2 maisons en locations) tout en gardant une certaine indépendance.

"Pour notre deuxième fois à Farinole, nous avons à nouveau passé un agréable séjour avec beaucoup de calme et de plaisir partagé dans un cadre et un environnement idyllique. Comme à leurs habitudes, M. et Mme Frattaci ont mis tout en oeuvre pour que nous passions 2 semaines inoubliables. Ce fut encore le cas cette année. Nous avons hâte d''y retourner ! Tout était plus que parfait !"
