Great location. Room upgrade was appreciated. Front desk very helpful. Having the adapter to borrow was very helpful. The style of the room was not to my taste but was clean and comfortable.

Can’t complaint everything from checking in to checkout was spot on . Staff was really helpful they gave us upgrade as well due to my baby . So so thankful for that.
We found food option were limited in terms of breakfast but that’s standard across Europe which is ok .
We had great experience in hotel . Everything so near by walkable distance.
Top thing is staff very very helpful.

"A fun place to stay. Modern and bright. Room was comfortable with decent space and nice view. Nice location about 10 mins walk from train station and 10+ to the beautiful city center of Annecy. Excellent front desk and housekeeping service."
