Great Little Getaway

We had an awesome time! The water access is great if you are going kayaking or boarding. But with the little kids, we went over to Diamond Lake Beach and it was quiet and sandy! Will definitely return one day!

Clean and luxurious long weekend getaway

My friends and I were delighted with our 3 day 2 night stay at this property. It's very clean and you can smell the wood in there. Communication with the host was timely on the day we were going to arrive. Checking in is easier if you connect to wifi first as it's a smart lock that you have to download an app for. The property is a 20 min drive from Bancroft and there are beaches, the lake is a 5 min walk away but it doesn't really have any seating areas. The fire pit is cozy, dining area is a little sparse and we craved a cosier comfy sofa or something in the first floor, but it was overall a great stay for a group of 4 friends doing cottage!

The cabin was exactly what we needed for a restful getaway. Very well kept, and comfortable. We read in the Muskoka chairs out front, had a couple of bonfires. There was no place to swim, but went out in the kayaks a couple of times. The lake is beautiful and quiet. The neighbours are quiet and friendly. We went for a walk through the woods beside the property. The host was so accommodating. We would definitely visit again
