Open concept rancher style home at the top of a small hill with an ocean bay below. Fully furnished with appliances and kitchen/bath/ outdoor equipment. 3 bedrooms/2bath, open concept kitchen, a big deck & a hot tub in the privacy of trees.

Kayak and canoe available. Koi pond with waterfall. Hammocks in the trees. Kids lemonade or puppet stand.

Close to the Fanny Bay pub, the community hall with lots of events, and a market that runs in the summer months.
