"We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was perfect for our family of 4 for the weekend. The apartment was clean, kitchen was very well stocked & the host made sure there was everything we needed for our stay. Host gave very easy arrival & check in instructions. The apartment is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, and we LOVED that everywhere we went throughout the weekend was within a 5-10 minute drive, the apartment is very close to downtown. We will definitely be back! "

"Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. "

"The listing says parking available, but you have to park on the street and move your car back and forth depending on the day you are there. The house looked decent when we first arrived, then we started noticing; the mold on the ceilings, the stains on the bedding and towels, mirrors and decorations with the price tags smack in the middle of them, a very small refrigerator, dirty dishes and cups, an old Keureg cup left in the machine, a bar of soap.. just a bunch of not so great surprises. Would not stay here again. "
