"The staff was over the top! They helped make dinner reservations, scheduled spa appointments and went out of their way to provide breakfast for us when we needed to leave early in the mornings. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was by far the best meal we had while in town. Our room was very large and luxurious. Every day when we returned our rooms were fresh and clean with a new treat to welcome us. Highly recommend staying here! PS, I forgot to mention the view from our balcony 💕"
"Our family of 4 visit to Alleghe was the highlight of our 2-week vacation! Stunning setting, quaint town, outstanding hiking. The apartment was easy to access, spacious, comfortable, great location. Perhaps the best view we’ve ever had from a vacation rental! "
"We had the best stay here. The property is stunning and the staff are so warm and kind. I would highly recommend to splurge here, you won’t regret it! "
"Hotel Cristallo is a gem of a hotel, and the perfect location from which to explore the Dolomites. The staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, and makes you feel at home. The spa and dining programs are both extremely well-run and add to the benefits of staying here, Was truly sad to leave. Highly recommend "
"A beautiful traditional hotel with amazing views and great service and in a fantastic location. The only downside was the unexpected bill at the end of our stay, you are obliged to have have board however this does not cover the daily evening meal menu, we had to pay a rather large supplement which was a bit of a shock. "While there were no other restaurants nearby, the one at the hotel served local Italian foods which we really enjoyed. The frontdesk was friendly, helpful, and courteous. "
"The location was perfect and walkable to sites, dinner, and shopping. There was a place to rent e-bikes very close and not far to an amazing trail system. The included breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious and we loved our stay! "
