Positioned on the hillside along the exclusive Bar Road, with sweeping sea views across Helford Passage, Selangor offers families and groups of eight the chance to experience this special corner of Cornwall from an exceptional setting.

Wander down the steep hill to the beach at Helford Passage (though the climb back up may cross your mind later). Once there, enjoy paddling in the calm waters, hire a paddleboard, pick up an ice cream from the beach hut, or continue the day into the evening at the nearby Ferryboat Inn, where locally sourced dishes are served on a terrace overlooking the beach and river.

Spacious and thoughtfully equipped, Selangor has been furnished to a high standard throughout. After days spent exploring the coast, relax on the south-facing patio in the sunshine. Table and chairs for 10, AGA (in use from 1 October to April 30 only), electric oven/hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, Nespresso espresso machine (pods can be bought from local supermarkets), washing machine and large pantry.

Tumble dryer and additional fridge.

Cloakroom
With wc and basin.

Master bedroom
Zip and link bed which will be set-up as a super king, (unless you request otherwise), chest of drawers and wardrobe/hanging space and wash basin.

King size bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe/hanging space, wash basin.

Ensuite shower room
Shower, wc, hand basin and towel rail.

Double/twin bedroom
Zip and link bed which will be set-up as a super king, (unless you request otherwise) chest of drawers and wardrobe/hanging space.

Ground floor entrance hall, shower room and wc. Stairs to first floor.Spacious chill out room with sofa bed and double bed (not made up unless by prior arrangement and subject to the additional fee as stipulated in the ‘Notes’ section)

Mature gardens to the front and back of house. Large terrace for relaxing and enjoying the view, BBQ. Rear garden backs onto Budock Vean Golf Course – providing direct access. Please note that at the end of 2018 the old boundary hedge was replaced. It will take a few years for the new hedge to establish and will not be dog secure for some time.
