The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the upkeep of the property is phenomenal. Lodge is walking distance from the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard, so it’s extremely convenient. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Very much enjoyed my stay here, first time visiting cape cod and this was the perfect place to stay. The staff were very friendly and informative. I had came late to check in for my flight had delayed, they were very on top of it to ensure I had a smooth check in when I arrived close to 1 am lol. Highly recommend if you like to have a warm welcoming for your first trip to cape cod :) also love the building it was so beautiful!

The location was perfect for us - an easy walk to the beach and a few restaurants, but in a peaceful, quiet setting. We especially loved the little patio off of our room! We would absolutely choose to stay here again!

Friendly, small motor inn.

Old school motor inn. We had a one night stay during a road trip. The room was small but comfortable. Loved the parking set up. You can parallel parking right in front of your door. Fridge, microwave were handy, too.

Great Old School Motel

We enjoyed our stay at the Falmouth Motor Lodge. The motel was selected for it's closeness to the Island Queen Dock for the boat to Martha's Vineyard. The beach was also in walking distance. The propoerty is many acres and it beautiful! Debbie in the office was very helpful with restaurant locations (many could be walked to ) and other suggestions. She was a delight!

I booked this place last minute for a couple of nights for a midweek getaway. It was super for a motel and reasonable cost. I got the smallest room which was fine for one person. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a newer sink and good hot water, there was a mini fridge and microwave. I liked that I could park right outside the room. The pool was great and I ate my takeout lunch on the chairs in the yard. It was walkable to the beach, bikeable to the bike trail, and a short drive to all the other things I wanted to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful with information.

This was our best accommodation of the summer! Our cottage was absolutely adorable, with a tiny kitchenette and a porch out front. It was an easy walk to the beach and to restaurants. It was quiet, with lots of mature trees and picnic tables in a park-like setting.
