Outside there is a private rear patio with furniture, shared lawn and facilities including splash pool, gym, café, bar and tennis courts, as well as allocated parking for one car and additional visitor’s parking is available. Within 0.8 miles you will find a shop, within 1.1 miles, a pub and within 1.6 miles, a beach and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Alberts Den is a charming base for your next Cornish getaway. Note: This property cannot be used as private accommodation for work or business trips.

Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbour-side pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes). Great location, comfy beds (a big plus) and good shower!
We had a good week and would book again. Just a small note; more than one hand towel and drying up cloth would have been useful, just a small note. Milk and biscuits on arrival very much appreciated though :)
