"Room was not ready when we arrived at 2:30pm. I had to wait for the staff to come to the front desk when trying to check in. There was some loud noise near our room at 1:30 in the morning. Was told that the police had to respond to a disturbance in the room near us."

"Hotel was right off IH-35 and is very close to shopping and dining. Lots to do around the hotel since Loop 6 has lots of shopping and eating options. It's also about a 5-7 minute drive from downtown Waco which is very convenient. The hotel looked fairly new and it was very clean. The staff was very nice and attentive. The room was very clean and smelled newish."

"Perfect for a quick getaway for us. Even in the 100 degree weather we stayed cool in the pool, under the trees and in the saloon where chef prepared food was available and plentiful. The bonus concert was great and we made some local friends. Step out of the ordinary and get acquainted with the land. See exotic animals you won't see anywhere else. Go have fun, recharge and plan your next trip to Moon River Ranch."

"We had the best stay! No issues at all! Kelli was phenomenal about checking and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful and cozy. It was so peaceful here! The drive into Waco was short. We will definitely stay again. Can’t wait!"

"The tiny home was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and comfortable. The host was very attentive. We had everything we needed and more. We attended a wedding nearby at old Bethany and this was only one mile away . Super convenient. We would definitely stay here again ! A little slice of country heaven!!!"
