The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and kind. The unique layout of the property is the neatest one I have ever encountered. Not only do you get a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the amenities are many and there is always access to a parking spot at any time of the day or night! For those who walk past your hotel keycard and only remember it just after the door has closed and locked you out...There's a hero onsite that you can call and they will quickly let you into your room. Even late at night, a smiling guardian of the keycards or a "Suite" Angel, will swiftly come to the rescue with a sincere smile as they help you gain access back into your room. I would live there if I could! I definitely plan on coming back whenever I can.

Beautiful new property. Loved the large 2 queen bedroom with a normal sized bedroom closet. The bathroom and kitchen area were appropriately sized and it had a new comfortable sofa sleeper. Large TVs in the bedroom and living room. Stayed 2 nights.

Brand new and not a typical Hotel

Great location and brand new. With a family on longer stays, it was great to have a kitchen. need to offer / remind people to bring paper towel, coffee filters and even a dish cloth, non provided. can use the bathroom towels but not idea The outside courtyard allows smoking, it’s open air but surrounded by rooms it’s not idea for circulation. We would stay again

We stayed here for 1 night with 3 kids ages 11, 4, and 1. The room was very thoughtfully laid out. Loved having a separate sitting area and a full kitchen. Everything was very clean. Loved that there was no carpet, and there were mattess protectors on the mattresses. For the price, this was an unbelievable value. Only constructive comments would be they need to deep clean the floors (kids feet were black after running barefoot), and some dish soap for the kitchen sink would be a nice option. Really wonderful experience overall.

The room was well lit with lots of windows. There were dead bugs and lots of spiders/spiderwebs. A lot of dishes were dirty. Wash cloth had short hairs all in it. The sugar for coffee pot was rock hard. The coffee pot lid was broken. The WiFi is insecure so I was very hesitant to use it. I wish there was a broom and dustpan. The beds were very comfortable. The apt had practically everything needed as if I was home I really liked that. The staff was very friendly. The front auto door was difficult to open. The back doors someone had propped them open with rocks. There were really lot stomping or beating the walls not sure which I was on 2nd floor. The quiet hours were well respected which I really appreciated. Enjoyed my stay.

First time ever staying at this chain of hotels. Definitely would stay again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The building seems fairly new. Lobby was tidy and clean. Our room was also tidy and clean PLUS very comfortable! Beds were just right and had plenty of comfy pillows. Television in “living area” and one in part with the beds, too. Room did not feel cramped. It was pretty spacious. Cannot beat the price for what you get. No free breakfast but room had kitchen and there were several breakfast spots nearby. Also, Topgolf across the street! Overall it was a great experience. Zero complaints. The employee who checked us in was very nice and engaging. We were in town for the Silobration and Forrest Frank concert for my sons birthday and were really surprised and grateful for the hotels proximity to everything. When we checked out the same employee who checked us in remembered my son’s birthday and referred to him as birthday boy and also asked him about his first ever concert experience. Which he truly appreciated. If you find yourself needing a place to stay comfortably for a night or a few in Waco, book this one!!!!!

The tv would not work more often than it would. Also the keys worked great for a few days then would unlock perimeter doors but not the room door. Staff was amazing. The app did not work most of the time to unlock the doors as well.

I chose StayAPT Suites Waco for a week in Waco because the facility offered more living space and a full kitchen for a value price over a hotel. Because this trip was about spending time with my son in a Waco residential care facility, I wasn't concerned about recreational activities. I didn't visit the exercise room, but another guest mentioned that they like working out there.There isn't a pool.There is a single barbecue and an outdoor lounge. And a large Cinemark theater is right behind the building. The apartment was basic but adequate. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen contains full sized appliances, including a dishwasher; however, the provided utensils and cleaning equipment provided are inadequate for much more than microwaving or baking pizza. Two packs of dishwasher detergent, no dishcloth, or liquid dish soap mean that someone who plan to fully use their rental will need to invest in some tools to make full meals possible.
