Was there during a storm which gave me problems with the boiler, phoned a Fiona and within 15 mins Martyn was there to sort it along with 2 ready-mixed g&t’s as an apology. Wasn’t needed but a lovely touch. Yes would definitely stay here again."

"An amazing property, home from home everything you need. A welcome pack was left for us on arrival which was a really nice touch. The property was spotless the rooms were spacious and decorated to a very high standard. The property is in a great location with an amazing garden. The station is about a 10 mins walk from the property in the village where you can get a train to Whitby. We went for a meal in the Bridge Inn which was good. I would highly recommend this property the hosts were easy to contact."

"We had a lovely week at Fairhead Cottage enhanced by the comfort and cleanliness of our accommodation., it was very well equipped and comfortable. Our hosts were very helpful and friendly. Our dog Willow ðŸ• made friends with the farm dogs and it was very nice to see the deer around the farm. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely book again when we visit Yorkshire next."
