Attention to detail, plus taking truly good care during our stay made it a special time. The grounds were also stunning with lots of space to walk through enjoying the landscaping. "I booked a 38sqm double apartment and when I arrived I had been given a 18sqm box room. Half the size and with less facilities. The apartment is also in a separate side of the hotel next to only one other apartment. It’s far superior. The apartment was obviously more expensive than the single room at the time of booking so it’s substantially different to what I received.
