"I phoned in advance for the room to be as scent free as possible but is was still heavily scented. The staff were a little over zealous about a wake up call. We were called by computer twice and by staff twice. We attended a concert in the evening and the security guard was rude. We asked about an elevator to get down to the ground floor since a member of our group and clearly had mobility issues. He told us there was no elevator which was not true. Please was not in his vocabulary. He was abrasive and aggressive."

"The breakfast was great. Eggs,sausage, bacon, toast, homefries, bagels, cookies, yogurt. Juices, tea and coffee. No issues with this breakfast, as not only was there a good selection, the food was hot. The room was clean and quiet. Bathroom is a good size and the bed was comfortable. "
