Holly Haven is easily accessible and perched on a hill on a private road with only two neighbors.

Once parked in the paved driveway (3 cars max), follow the well-lit stepped path up to the brightly colored front door. As you enter the home, the foyer is welcoming and functional, with benches to rest your bags, as well as a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. Shoes are encouraged to be removed to help maintain a clean space for you.

The kitchen on the main floor (yes there are 2 kitchens!) features a full-size stainless steel refrigerator with an ice maker, electric stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies such as:
• Coffee bar with ground coffee and a variety of coffee pods (flavored, decaf, and regular), tea (loose and bagged), coffee filters, flavored syrups, and all the condiments you can dream of
• Cooking utensils, knives, glasses, and service for 10, and child dishes, bowls, and utensils
• Bakeware, cookware, blender, mixer, pizza tray, fondue set
• Cleaning supplies and paper products
• Grill utensils and marshmallow roasting sticks

The home features an open-concept layout with a dining table comfortably seating 8, ideal for enjoying a meal or playing board games. The living room includes a 65" curved flat-screen smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite services. The room boasts expansive east-facing windows and French doors, leading out to the deck with a full-size gas grill, a picnic table, and casual seating. At night, the deck railing is illuminated with fairy lights, creating a magical ambiance as you gaze out at the expansive, star-filled sky.

The primary bedroom with a comfy king bed is upstairs in an open loft, offering stunning views of the mountains and majestic tree line. Nearby, a dedicated workspace with a desk, lamp w/ USB charger, and wireless speaker allows you to enjoy the same mountain views. High-speed internet makes this spot perfect for remote workers.

The attached full bath offers a bathtub with a luxurious rain shower head and plenty of cabinet storage. Complimentary items provided:

A folding bed and queen-size air mattress are available, as well as a folding crib, a Pack-n-Play, and a highchair.

Across from the guest bedroom is a bathroom with a shower. Nearby, a door leads downstairs to the sunlit, walkout basement.

The 1200 sqft basement is a full-size apartment with a large third bedroom and bathroom, a second full-size kitchen, dining space, and living room. perfect for large groups or families. Fun bean bags, a large-screen Smart TV, an air hockey table, and plenty of games make this the perfect spot to hang out. The basement has 2, individual air/heat units you control the temperature for.

Outside the front door, a stepped pathway leads to a cozy stone firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs, adorned by bistro lights. Nearby, 3 hammocks provide the perfect spot to unwind and sway gently in the breeze. At sunset, string lights automatically cast a warm and inviting glow, creating a cozy and magical atmosphere. Corn hole game is available, and complimentary firewood and fire starter are provided.

The home's well water is equipped with an extensive/expensive water filtration system which softens and neutralizes the water, providing clean, delicious, purified water for drinking and all other uses. No need to buy bottles of water here!

The home is pet-friendly (3 pets max with a pet fee), and pet supplies and a large crate are provided for use during your stay.
