Blissfull 4 acre property with river frontage

Our house sits on a unique 4 acre allotment with jetty access to the Painkalac river. You can paddle to the local shops or even as far as the river inlet. We are less than 2kms from the stunning Fairhaven beach and surf club. We have plentiful wildlife-kangaroos, kookaburras.tawny frog mouth owls and the occasional echidnas.

Less than 1km away you will find stunning bush walking and mountain bike trails in the Otways.

The property has a mixture of hilly and flat land with plenty of space to kick the footy or enjoy a game of cricket.

The house comprises the main bedroom with king size bed and a travertine ensuite with freestanding stone bath both of which look over an undercover verandah with endless views of the ironbarks and land below.

The main lving area is enormous , once again orientated to the valley below, with a combustion fireplace and open plan kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms off the 2nd living area with a 2nd bathroom and laundry. The bedrooms consist of 2 queen rooms and the 3rd with a king single and single bed.

The house has ducted heating and cooling and a plunge pool for those hot days.

There is an an additional bedroom that comprises a queen and king single beds however this a mezzanine room with a steep staircase and open to the main lounge below.

Beautiful setting, fabulous house..

This property has vast space inside and out with multiple living areas, all the comforts of home and well presented inside and out set up well for families and with beautiful gardens to enjoy while relaxing with a book or BBQ 'ing with friends and family. A sense of freedom for school age children who can roam around the 4 acres exploring all within a watchful eye from the house. Close enough to the beach to enjoy it (short drive) while still enjoying a rural feel and waking to kangaroo's in the backyard. We got some great tips on walks and things to do in the area from the hosts who were always very responsive and welcoming. Very comfortable house for 2 families. A beautiful spot to be any time ofyear. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and hopefully will get back again.
