Great hotel for the most part and right across the street from the basketball tournament arena we were playing at. The balcony off our room felt a little unsafe and old. But we enjoyed our stay.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Busy week as it was Derby week and this location is about a mile to Churchill Downs. Rooms were clean, breakfast was hot and several menu choices. Bar was reasonable. Didn't use any other amenities .
