"Location is great. Lots of food choices. Kroger and Walmart are close. A VERY important warning. Please make sure a good and valid payment card is on the Expedia App. EVEN if you choose the pay at location option. It is not always honored. So if you have to change or update your debit or credit card please check it. When we got there after double checking everything but the card, our reservation was canceled without notice and still showing good on the app. It was a miserable 30 minutes. It cost us an extra $40 because the location sold out and they started running everybody’s cards on file and I had replaced my debit card and updated everything but Expedia and I was planning on paying at the location so I wasn’t too worried about it but I will be now. Everything was booked close that was under $200 a night. I had to pay an extra $40 or drive 20 minutes away. We were ready to eat and had show tickets so it was very inconvenient. I just wished they would have called and I would have gladly fixed the payment problem. This is just a heads up and I will be aware next time for sure because I usually pay when I book a room. I booked in December so 4 months ahead for the cheapest rates. "

"Absolutely disgusting room and was told they would move me to a different room with a king bed and a pull out couch and the bed in the couch wouldn’t even pull out and the lady staff member couldn’t even open it. Then they refused to give me a refund after I could. It even stay there. The man on staff in the morning was very unprofessional and rude. Would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"We did not cook in the kitchen while there, so I cannot answer with certainty the kitchen was equipped adequately. I do know the microwave was dirty. I was disappointed there was not a coffee pot for K-cups.Also, for what the cleaning fee cost, and having a baby there, I feel the entire house could have been much cleaner. The floors were not very clean and none of the banister or baseboards appeared to have been cleaned or dusted. There was at least an inch thick of dust on the fans and baseboards and the downstairs bathtub wasn't clean. Also, the hand soap was empty.The toilet in the master bath needs some attention, and the wall in front of it looked as if something nasty had been smeared on it. Also, upon paying for the rental I did not intend to include the insurance, but was unable to go back and decline it. We are very careful renters and have never damaged or broken anything.The house overall is nice and in a nice-looking neighborhood. It does need some TLC, but it was very convenient for what our needs were. The Host was very nice and helpful. He quickly responded when contacted."
