"Staff was very nice, however, our room was right next to the door to the stairwell and was slammed many times during the night. That combined with the very hard, uncomfortable beds we were very glad we were attending an expo and only there to sleep… which we got very little of."

"This place is run down and clearly has seedy customers regularly. They required my partner’s ID and charged us a $40 cleaning fee per night for having my non-shedding, clean hypoallergenic ESA dog in my room. To pre-charge a total of $80 in cleaning fee is LUDICROUS, especially when the room was ..."
