"Truly had a terrible time staying at this property. The first spent listening to a physical altercation in the unit above me which the owner brushed under the rug. The second night I was greeted by spider beetles in the main room. Some of caught a ride with me to my new apartment. "I used to work for the University of Maryland and was back in town for commencement. I enjoyed staying in this apartment for a few days during my trip. The space was very clean and the listing was exactly as described. It was pretty easy to take public transportation or Lyft wherever I needed to go. Just make sure you're okay with being in a basement with people living upstairs. It's not 100% quiet because of that but if you don't mind then this is an awesome place to stay."

"Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI...

"Overall property was good, nice and clean. Location is great if you are looking for something near to DC. The only issue was finding a parking place. There is no direct elevator from parking to room so you have to switch the elevator or park your car at level 2 drop off the luggage and then park on level 3."
