"We had a very nice stay here. I had seen these house boats last time I was in the SF area and wanted to try them out. It was nice when the tide was up as you had a very gentle movement on board. Unit was very clean and we enjoyed having the W/D in the unit. Owner gave very detailed instructions and the stay was easily managed. I would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to experience the house boat. "

"I didn't arrive to the property until after 8pm. Being able to park in the tiny driveway was nice. The instructions were very clear, which was a plus. Once inside everything was as it appears in the photos. Note that check-in time is an hour later and check-out is an hour earlier than most places. My only real issue was that I was charged for the full rate at booking, and two days before my arrival a pre-authorization hold for more than the rental fees was made as well."

"Overall a great place to stay. It was very clean and the bad was very comfortable. Having a private bathroom is a luxury. My only dislike was the paper thin door which didn't block out any sounds in or out. "
