"The room was exceptionally clean and a good size also had a small kitchenette which was a nice touch, so if you fancy a drink before going out you can cook your wine. Good air con warm and cool. The staff were very attentive. Can’t fault anything and we would definitely stay again if we come to this area. Great value for money"

"Perfect location and property, such a homely feeling and extremely welcoming, comfortable and super clean! The hot tub was an added bonus! Property was really well equipped for every need! Check - in was super easy and informative! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, was a great base for various walks into the village and to Barmouth, lovely peaceful cottage with a fantastic garden space our dog loved to play in, really appreciate the bottle of Prosecco on arrival. We are looking forward to returning soon!"

"Ignore the unloved, unkempt garden that greets you. Inside is a TARDIS that is very clean and a good size with a large immaculate bathroom and generous bedrooms. Really enjoyed our stay."

"This place was excellent, it was really well equipped, warm and comfortable. It was 5 minutes in the car to Fairbourne and the beach there along with local restaurants and shops to get any treats or last minute bits. It was a mile away from the mawddach trail which is a great walk for everyone and amazing scenery. Check in and out was easy and we weren't bothered at all just left to relax and recharge. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will hopefully be back again soon."
