Two bedroom daylight basement apartment on 1 1/2 acres near University

  • Great location for getting around the west side of town; walking distance to the University, across the street from the Chena River. Borrow a canoe in the summer to take a float downstream! With multiple options for rental, we are able to accommodate families or larger groups for reunions, weddings or just vacationing. Each apartment comes with free wireless and cable TV, a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and queen or king sized beds. Kitchens are fully stocked with cookware.
