Sit back and relax in this beautifully remodeled house on the banks of the scenic Chena River. Whether sitting outside on your private deck enjoying the view of the river or getting comfortable in the well-appointed living room watching a movie on the flat screen you will find the house the perfect place to settle in and unwind.

When you arrive, there will be cold bottled water and snacks waiting for you along with a Keurig and pods and a regular coffee pot for coffee. We also stock other snacks like oatmeal, chips, noodles, and granola bars. The kitchen is fully stocked with full selection of large and small appliances along with all of the cook and bakeware you will need to prepare delicious meals.

The unit is located in a 3-unit building. This unit is completely separated and has a private entrance, garage and deck from the other units. Nothing is shared. The house has been remodeled top to bottom to include LED lighting, tile and hardwood floors throughout the home. There is smart flat screen TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms along with high-speed Wi-Fi. Enjoy the private laundry room in the house for your use that is stocked with laundry detergent and fabric softener and spare sheets. The three bedrooms (1 king and 2 queens) all have comfy mattresses, quality bedding, lighted closets, and dressers. The master closet upstairs even has a pull-out, queen size, Murphy bed for larger groups that can even be used as a fourth bedroom if needed. The couch in the living room folds out to full-size bed. There are also roll-away twins and an inflatable twin and full-size beds available upon request. If you are travelling with little ones, we also have a pack and play crib and highchair in the home.

Sit out on the deck in the summer and soak up the sun while watching all of the activity go by on the Chena River or stay up late on those winter months and take in the beauty of the Nothern Lights right on the private deck!

There is a one car heated garage available for your vehicle to keep it out of the Alaskan elements.

The house is located in the westside of Fairbanks and is close to downtown, grocery stores, University of Alaska Museum and other local attractions. Chena Hot Springs is about 1 hour away and Denali National Park is about 2 hours away. The bus line and bike paths are just a couple of blocks away.

Late check-ins are no problem.

Private entrance and a one car heated garage that is available in the winter. Lots of extra parking available on our large lot. (Please do not park in front of any of the garage doors)

We try to make sure each guest has everything they need when they arrive for a comfortable stay. We send out an electronic guidebook loaded with local information and strive to make sure you are familiar with your surroundings and how to find things. We are available when needed and welcome all respectful guests to book our home.

Located in a nice neighborhood close to stores and the university.

Plenty of onsite parking at the house. Bus route is nearby along with access to the bike paths.

All three units in this building are short-term rentals.
No smoking permitted in the house or garage, and please never leave your vehicle running in the garage.
