About this property

Grandma Julie's Getaway

  • This beautiful home sits on 14 acres in a forested area approximately 8 miles North of Fairbanks, AK. The original owners of the home owned 160 acres in the area and came to Alaska in 1955.

    We welcome guests from all parts of the world to enjoy our property. The Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) can be seen on the property at times during our fall and winter months. Wildlife such as moose, foxes, and birds frequent the property. The property is great for families that enjoy the outdoors or for individuals and couples that enjoy a little extra privacy.
