Cozy, quiet centrally located one bedroom

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. With a fenced in backyard and playground to enjoy in the summer months we are close to all activities through the winter months. This cozy, cute, quiet and warm apartment is the perfect place to snuggle up in while you enjoy a Alaska winter. We have a clear view of the Northern Lights if they bless us. In the summer we are blocks away from Amazing walking paths, lake view and access. Walking distance to all.

neat, clean, small one bedroom with all amenities. I forgot to bring toothpaste but there was a handy toiletry kit. The bed was comfortable and even though this was a downstairs unit it was quiet. This unit has great proximity to all things Fairbanks. Ive stayed in the upstairs unit as well and wont hesitate to do so in either again. Good value for what was paid.

The host was great and the apartment was clean and cute but it was in the basement with 1 liittle window in the bedroom so it felt like a dungeon. You could hear every footstep in the apartment upstairs like a herd of elephants. Our parking was street parking in front of the house but it had ankle deep water the entire time.

This was my first experience with a Vrbo stay. I was pleasantly surprised with the property. It was spacious and well appointed. There were some snacks and sweets left and I could see that they went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

This was in the top 3 VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed. I really felt at home when I walked in. There was such attention to details. Comfy and cozy. Nice little apartment

We stayed here our first and last nights in Alaksa. It was great both times. Ben was super accommodating, being able to do a load of laundry was so nice, it's so quiet, SO clean, bathroom amenities were so nice. 10/10 recommend!! The only thing I recommend is bringing eye masks to sleep in as the bedroom doesn't have black out shades and it's never dark in July. :)
