Excellent Fairbanks Rental

We enjoyed our stay at this property—it was central to everything, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive. The kitchen is well-appointed, the bathroom is nice, and there is a great washer/dryer unit. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was very clean. Access to the unit was by unique code, which was very convenient. We hope to stay here again since it is near the UAF campus. Note that there is a short set of stairs up to the unit, which is over a basement apartment.

The place was clean, comfortable, as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with everything to prep and cook. Washer and dryer were on site, the beds were comfortable with ample bedding and various accommodations. The whole place was roomy. The host was responsive and friendly. Would recommend!
