Our 3 bedroom home is centrally located and well equipped wether you are here to work or play. Close to Fairbanks International Airport and all the Golden Heart City has to offer.

This split level home features the living room, dining room, and kitchen upstairs along with 3 bedrooms , 1 full bathroom and a lovely sunroom that leads to the outdoor patio.

The lower level has a great work area, a space for board games, an additional entertainment area as well as the second full bath!
