Come experience the interior of Alaska at our cozy apartment! This is a fabulous, central location with walking distance to downtown Fairbanks. Our place is a quaint, 2 bedroom lower apartment. Shopping, restaurants, river walk, museums and night life are a short walk from the door. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing and more are only a few minutes drive.

The apartment has a fenced in front yard with a charcoal barbeque grill available.

800 Sq Ft apartment with a smart TV, with free Wi-Fi & cable. We have a fully equipped kitchen & laundry area with washer and dryer.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the front fenced yard.

We will be available via text or call and are close by if we are needed on the property. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us.

The apartment is located close to down town but just far enough away that you will not feel like the night life is on the doorstep. We are just a few blocks from the river walk, library, shopping and museums. We have good relationships with our neighbors and prefer to keep it this way!

The public bus stop is a block away from the apartment. There is one parking space designated for the unit, with street parking available for extras.

The water here is heated by steam, so it should always be hot - please use cation and test water first before showering or washing dishes.

There are other units in this building, quiet hours are
10PM- 8AM.

This is a unique older building with the heating and hot water pipes that run through the walls. As the pipes heat up and expand this causes a random “tick“ sound. This is normal, but some find this bothersome, so we provide ear plugs.
Please note: the water is heated by the city steam system, so it comes out very hot. Please test water before showering, washing dishes or hands.

The other places in this building are also our rental units. Quiet hours are 10PM - 8AM. Please be respectful of others as you come and go during quiet hours.

Please leave all dishes clean (may be left to dry in the drainer), and empty the garbage.

All bagged garbage may be placed in the garbage bins at either end of the building in the parking area
