Welcome to the Lake House, perfect for a getaway on Lake St. Clair.

Upscale waterfront accommodation on Lake St Clair. Entire home is yours! The space was recently renovated and features a beautiful patio with gas grill, fire pit, and overlooks the lake with furniture for dining + lounging + sunbathing + fishing. We also have two kayaks!

Winter Months: enjoy ice-skating/fishing/sledding.

Features a backyard with outdoor games in the summer, boardwalk perfect for fishing, and a boat launch right next door! Facing south, Lots of sun in the back yard! The home has top notch kitchen upgrades and gas grill/wood outdoor fire pit. Perfect for feeling happy on the lake as the main area of the space has a super big & bright windows with views of the lake and otherwise white/bright feel. Newly decorated/styled. Four bedroom + 3.5 full bath. Summer months- Two kayaks. Large back "yard" space, perfect for bonfires and hang outs. Year-round perfect for a fishing experience.

Wonderful house with plenty of room for our family of eight. Amazing view of Lake St. Clair, space to tie up our pontoon boat right on the property, and a large patio overlooking the lake. Comfortable beds, amazing master bedroom on the second floor.

Great Vacation

We had a great stay! We booked the house for a work trip and there was more than enough room for everyone. The views were great and the listing was completely accurate. The home would be spectacular in both the summer and winter months. We look forward to a return visit in the future!

What a perfect location for a wonderful stay! We enjoyed our family time at this lovely and roomy home. It was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Family vacation

The home had everything you could want for a multi generational family. Once you figure out the lighting quirks it was very comfortable and easy to either have everyone together or do their own thing. A wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

Best place ever!

I have stayed in rental houses all over the world, this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. The view of the lake was incredible from almost window in the house. Careful attention to detail was given to cleanliness and elegance. I would totally stay here again.

Family gathering

We all thoroughly enjoyed our time in Fair Haven celebrating several birthdays. Lots of time spent outside on the deck. The kitchen is set up to accommodate many cooks. Dining areas are spacious. Visitors were able to park and easily access the property.

The house was clean and decorated in lovely Fall theme. Several of us arrived early and the owner and the cleaning people allowed us to enter relatively early. On the way in, two of our friends had a fall and required assistance in getting up. Donna, one of the cleaners, helped. She also came back a couple of hours later to help us navigate the television system. She was an absolute God send.Of the 9 of us (all in our early 80's and most in good health) who were originally planning on spending time there, only 6 of us were able to stay.My only suggestions would be for the owners to add handrails to the front entrance and rear exit. There are also no towel racks in the bathrooms. It would be nice to have known how many bedrooms were on each floor.Overall, our experience was excellent, and we would recommend it to families, especially those with children. There was a lot to do inside and out, and the view of the bay was exquisite. Observing the swans on a daily basis was an added bonus.

2024 Family Reunion

Perfect accommodations and location on Lake St Clair to host our Family Reunion! And, the ability to have our wooden ski boat for skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing, along with our 34 ft boat docked at the property during our stay. Very clean!! Great living and sleeping space!! And, large outdoor space with plenty of seating in the sun and with shade. Definitely a place to come back too!!! Thank you! Ed and Diane

R&R at its finest

The location of the home was perfectly situated in between New, Baltimore and Algonac. We were able to go shop and eat downtown New Baltimore, which is only 5 miles away and we also were able to rent a pontoon out on Harsens Island while we stayed there. We utilize the kayaks every morning as well as the fire pit while we were there and enjoyed the hot tub on the patio in the evenings, this place is a perfect getaway for people with large groups! The house is clean and has all the amenities you would need. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Paradise by the lake

Spent four wonderful nights at this paradise by the lake. House is literally 10-15 yards from the lake and you can’t beat the views. Watched the sunset from the provided kayak, and witnessed a bald eagle catch a fish! The house was very clean, spacious, and decorated very nicely. The view from the master bedroom is amazing and feels like you are on the water. House has plenty of space and different sitting areas for large groups. The couch in the main sitting area is probably the most comfortable couch I have ever been on, and also provided views of the lake. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back!

We’re Returning

This is a great property and we definitely want to come back! Sadly, our dates that we booked for this year are not available for next year, but we are looking at other options. We have done many Vrbos over the years, but this is the first one we have felt like we wanted to come back to. Everything is just as it looks in the pictures. It is exquisitely maintained The contact people were extremely easy to work with and available when we needed them. I cannot recommend this property high enough. If you need a large property with many bedrooms for a large group, this is the one you want.

Amazing Stay

We never stayed at the same place twice until we did this property. We booked two years in a row. Kirsten was great to work with and reacted quickly to all messages and submitted needs. It’s an amazing place to vacation with a large family. If you book here you won’t regret it. The guys loved it for all the outdoor things to do. We caught lots of fish including three dozen bass, some pike and about 50 or more blue gill and perch. The outside hot tub worked great and all the families used and loved it. The ladies loved everything about the house. The A/C worked great. The game room kept the kids entertained and there was lots of room for table games after we got the kids down for the night. I can’t recommend this place high enough!

Even better in person!

The pictures are great, but there are more rooms than the pictures show, and everything is so open and beautiful. They even had an unfinished rec room with a pool table. We had so much fun. The lake was frozen which was a very cool experience as we got to see ice fishing up close! And oh my lord the views from the giant bedroom windows... just perfect. The only complaint we had was immediately upon our arrival we noticed that multiple exterior doors were unlocked. This made us a little nervous so we walked the whole house and cleared it, with no incidents. But it was a little unnerving coming into a strange home in a strange area and realizing the doors are unlocked and anyone could be inside. But overall we really didn't want to leave when it came time to check out. Definitely recommend
