"Nobody at the front desk for about 20 minutes, I saw workers and asked of they knew where front desk was and told me they would send them. Front desk said the internet was having issues. I never was able to get internet on my laptop. When I went to shower I stepped in something sticky on the tile floor, so I had to clean that. Also the shower door fell off track when I tried to close it. and I had to fix that so water didnt get everywhere. Ran out of tissues bit front desk gave me a new box. Pillows had a musty smell. Would be reluctant to stay here again due to cleanliness and internet issues, but it was quiet and the breakfast was great. "

"The room was clean but had a strong smoke odor. I let the front desk know the morning of checkout and we comped 10%. Not much but at least it was something. The lady working the front desk the night I stayed was rude and passive aggressive. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name."

"Very modern, clean, spacious room. Walls could be a tad thicker so you dont have hear your neighbors having “ adult time”."

"Have stayed at the same location last Aug and had an enjoyable stay. When i was time to book another trip home I book my stay here. I arrived early and after explaining to the desk clerk i had been up 42 hrs he allowed me an early check in. There was a heavy musky (weed) smell. It maybe the 2 large dispensaries.that are around the hotel. Set room dated the carpet needed to be restreched the water was barely warm in the shower but I didn't care I needed to sleep. Kids in the next room making noise all night. When I left my room in the morning to go get breakfast people had thrown their trash in the hallway. I think this might be a Detroit thing as i've traveled extensively thur the US and Europe and i've never seen anything like this. Only in Detroit. I lived 45 years in Detroit , and i've never seen that. Breakfast over returning to my room, the lady next door open the door out came 6 kids.Then another woman and 4 kids.12 people in one room?? No wonder there was so much noise coming from that room."

"hotel management was very friendly every arriving and departing moments housekeeping staff were very thorough in their cleaning and organization despite what appears to be construction in the hotel there were no noises from it looking forward to staying with you next time thank you for your hospitality"

"Guy at the counter when I checked in, acted like I was bothering him. Walls are thin and can hear every conversation. Just not the ideal spot to be able to lay your head and get a good nights sleep. "
